Emily is an award-winning female entrepreneur that has raised over $30MM in capital to bring Emrgy’s distributed hydropower solution to market. Emily has spent almost 15 years in emerging hard tech development and comes to Emrgy from AMT, Inc., where she managed multi-million dollar Federal contracts bringing innovative technologies from ideation to commercialization.
Tom Cuthbert
Chief Technology Officer
Tom is a Global Technology Leader with 20 years of experience in technology development across the Automotive, Rail, and Energy Industries. As an executive at General Electric he built a global engineering organization creating utility scale energy storage systems securing more than $100M revenue and installed/awarded nearly 700 MWh worldwide.
Noor Kaissi
Chief Financial Officer
Noor is a finance executive leader with experiences in both the traditional energy and renewable energy industries. She has a vast amount of experience with capital investment, acquisitions, process optimization, cash and cost management. She has worked with various project financing models and complex structures.

Jennifer McFarlane
Jennifer is an independent director in the climate and health tech sectors having served on seven boards, that span public, private and venture backed companies. She has had a 20-year career as a CFO in high growth public and private companies with revenues of over $500 million; as well as 10 years as an investment banker.
Bob Kelly
Bob is a Partner at Ember Infrastructure, a private equity firm, and Investment Committee member. Bob served as Chief Financial Officer of SolarCity Corporation, Calera Corporation, and Calpine Corporation. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of Azure Power Global Limited (AZRE NYSE), Solar Mosaic Inc. and a former Board Advisor to Fluidic Energy. Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a M.B.A. from Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Anastasia Istratova
Anastasia is a Principal on the Climate Technology investment team at Fifth Wall, where she invests in companies decarbonizing the built world. Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Anastasia was an investor at Standard Investments, focusing on early and growth stage industrial tech. Previously, Anastasia was a Principal in the project finance team at SunPower, where she financed over $1B of residential, commercial, and utility scale solar projects. Anastasia holds a dual BSc from Northeastern University and NEOMA Reims Management School in France, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Justin Wright-Eakes
Justin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Oval Park Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm. Prior to founding Oval Park, Justin acquired, operated, and exited two middle-market software companies, worked as an Investment Analyst at Aurelius Capital Management, and held Associate roles at Citi. Justin currently serves on the Board of Directors of Archaius, FortifyData, Lemurian Labs, Medicom Technologies, OnTrack Technologies, Parmonic, Phinite, and Talli.
